Learning is an exciting, creative process, free from fear and stress. The training concept has evolved from this approach.
An important basis for successful training is the positive suggestion with which the participants experience the training. We pay attention to the different learning types (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic), address the participants holistically in the training and actively challenge them.
Structure and contents
Practical problems and their solutions determine the structure. The direct relation to the daily work is shown by means of examples. With this target-oriented concept you will not learn any superfluous ballast, but concrete solutions for your tasks.
The content covers the entire Microsoft product range (e.g. Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as the Mac area. This also includes operating systems and back office such as Windows Server or Exchange Server, as well as programming languages such as Visual Basic .NET, C# .NET and others.
We are also happy to work with your individual company software.
Internal company training
You determine duration, date and content of the training. Before the start of a training course, we sit down with you, analyze the level of knowledge of the participants and determine the content and times of the training course together with you. We make sure that the prior knowledge of the individual participants in a course does not differ too much. This gives us a homogeneous group in which everyone is equally challenged.
Trainings at Ontaris
We also offer an extensive range of open IT training courses that take place online. These open courses are training courses for which individual persons from different companies can register. Participation in the open courses is ideal for you if you only have one or two employees who are to be trained in a particular topic.
