Delivery notes are always lost exactly when they are urgently needed, for example to prove correct delivery. This can be expensive and nerve-racking under certain circumstances.
With the EasyPen digital pen, problems like this are a thing of the past. Working with the digital pen requires no special knowledge and you can easily integrate it into your workflows.
You simply fill out your delivery notes with the EasyPen, have the customer sign and send the data to our server via mobile phone. We process the data and send it on by e-mail to your computer system. A simple hook with the digital pen on the delivery note is all that is required for sending.
If your delivery should ever contain a special feature, you can document this directly and send the process to the office. The digital pen automatically records the times at which you have delivered the goods. It is documented exactly what was delivered and when and signed off by the customer.
The delivery note is automatically archived in your computer system. A manual entry is also completely unnecessary. In addition, the corresponding mobile phone offers the possibility to take a photo of discrepancies – e.g. blocked delivery routes or damage. These are optionally integrated into the document or additionally attached and sent along, for example as a PDF document.
Because you have the delivery note in digital form, you can leave the physical note to the customer. In this way, a paper remains with the customer, while the data is immediately transferred to the IT system.
