With this new version, we are continuing to refine the electronic weapons logbook. The focus remains on legally compliant documentation and record-keeping. At the same time, new features help companies meet compliance requirements more efficiently, securely, and transparently.
The new generation is designed to systematically map the increasing complexity of military weapons accounting and to support users with intelligent features for documenting, tracking, and managing their military weapons. This makes it possible to document even complex structures, a growing variety of variants, and increasingly branched supply chains in a secure and traceable manner, regardless of whether they involve traditional weapon systems or new categories such as drones and autonomous systems.
A high degree of automation, intelligent validity checks, and a scalable system architecture reduce manual effort and minimize sources of error. As a result, companies maintain a clear overview of their documentation, inventories, and compliance processes at all times and can reliably meet future legal and organizational requirements.

AI as a game changer
An optional component of the new version is the targeted use of artificial intelligence. The aim is not only to map complex processes digitally, but to actively simplify them. This involves the use of encapsulated, controlled AI that is specially designed to meet the industry’s security requirements and fulfills the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality.
Intelligent assistance systems reduce manual input and provide users with targeted support. Automated suggestions speed up processing, while integrated plausibility checks and pattern recognition help to avoid errors at an early stage and increase data quality in the long term.
This results in faster, safer and significantly more efficient processes, even for complex procedures.
