Explosives Stock Book for Dealers

Warehouse management
The warehouse manager uses the explosives stock ledger Dealer to prepare and execute deliveries. He has the possibility to get detailed information about the stored and booked explosives at any time.

Stored goods can be repackaged quickly and easily via the packing station.

Outgoing goods
The explosives stock ledger for retailers offers both free and managed outgoing goods. During free goods issue, the warehouse manager works through the order by scanning the explosives that are on his printed order with the handheld scanner.

During the guided goods issue, the warehouse manager receives a pick list on his tablet, which has been generated by the ERP system and automatically transferred to the tablet. In this case, it can only scan the items and the maximum quantities as specified in the order.

Returns
Returns of goods, either in part or in full, can be posted back in just a few steps either via the scanner or by entering the delivery note number
. Depending on the customer’s requirements, an XML file can subsequently be generated that contains only those items that the customer has actually kept and used.

Blasting service
As a blasting service provider, you can book explosives for consumption and assign them directly to a customer. Explosives that are not needed can be booked back into the warehouse via the return process. You can then send your customer a detailed consumption report in paper or PDF form.

ADR and delivery bill
The necessary transport documents and delivery bills can be generated automatically when a booking is made. The printout is made via a commercially available printer that is connected to the tablet PC via WLAN, for example.
