Storage locations with compatibility groups
Explosives must not be stored next to each other arbitrarily. This module allows you to define precise storage locations within a warehouse, to which specific compatibility groups are assigned. The system automatically checks whether storage is permitted in accordance with legal regulations and issues a warning in the event of impermissible combinations. In addition, you have a detailed overview of all the stored non-precious metals at your location at the click of a mouse. This increases safety in warehouse operations and at the same time reduces the amount of documentation required and means you can provide information to the authorities at any time.
Synchronization of several systems in one warehouse
In many companies, several employees – sometimes even from different locations – access the same warehouse. This module ensures that all warehouse data remains reliably synchronized. Whether via a local connection or conveniently via the cloud: every user always works with the current stock, whether online, offline or time-delayed. In this way, you avoid double entries, stock errors or version conflicts and enable smooth collaboration within the team.
ADR module
The transportation of explosives is subject to strict legal requirements. Our ADR module supports you in correctly implementing all the requirements of the ADR (Accord européen relatif au transport international des marchandises Dangereuses par Route). Dangerous goods classes, UN numbers, packaging groups and special regulations are automatically taken into account and correctly integrated into your transport documents. So you are always on the safe side – even for international shipments.
Delivery bill module
With the delivery note module, you can create legally compliant and complete delivery bills for the delivery or transportation of explosives at the touch of a button. All relevant details such as item description, quantity, recipient and transport date are taken directly from the system – including the unique tracking numbers, if required. The module not only saves time, but also ensures greater clarity and traceability in operational processes.
Connection to SAP or another ERP system
If your company already works with an ERP system such as SAP, this module offers real efficiency gains. All relevant warehouse data – such as master data, receipts and issues – are automatically synchronized with your ERP system. This saves time, avoids errors due to duplicate entries and ensures consistent processes from purchasing to delivery. The connection is made flexibly via interfaces, individually adapted to your existing system.
