The new version 2.2 contains numerous new functions, improvements and bug fixes that make everyday work much easier. The most extensive new feature is the change in item master data from the unique item name to the item number. From version 2.2, the article name can now be renamed as desired and can also be assigned twice. The update is available to all users with an active maintenance contract for free installation.
Below is an overview of the most important new features since the last version:
Article master data
- Article number is now the unique key – no longer the article name.
- Article descriptions remain editable even after the warehouse has been closed.
- New fields for shelf life and several manufacturer article numbers.
Explosives stock evaluation
- New shelf life reports: items with expiry dates visible at a glance.
- “Track and Trace” search: faster tracing of articles.
- Improvements in stock evaluation.
- Several article categories can be selected in the stock movement report.
- Consumption report: Incorrect total calculations have been corrected.
General improvements
- Returns (returns): Returns from several goods issues are possible in one posting.
- More extensive recipient data can be entered directly at goods issue.
- Extensive optimization of the user interface and clearer messages.
- Updated translations: The Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Swedish and Romanian languages have been updated.
- Progress indicator when creating delivery bills.
It is recommended that you install the update as soon as possible in order to take full advantage of all the new functions and improvements.
