Switching to Ontaris – it’s that simple
Switching to the Ontaris Explosives Stock Book is quick and easy. Thanks to well thought-out processes and a user-friendly interface, the changeover is completed in just a few steps – without data loss or long downtimes.
This is how the changeover works:

Create goods issue in the previous system
The first step is to carry out a goods issue in the previous system. All explosives currently in the warehouse are scanned and the corresponding XML file is exported. -
Perform goods receipt in the Ontaris Explosives Stock Book
This XML file is then imported into the Ontaris Explosives Stock Book. This creates a goods receipt in which all items are automatically transferred and created correctly.
Important: The Ontaris system is delivered to our customers completely pre-configured – including all required master data and settings.
Historical data? No problem.
You can have the historical data from the previous system made available to you in the form of PDF files. These serve as documentary evidence and should be archived for 10 years in accordance with legal requirements.
Simple operation & quick familiarization
Familiarization with the Ontaris Explosives Stock Book usually takes no longer than 2-3 hours. As the principle of Track & Trace is already familiar, users quickly find their way around the new system. The user interface is intuitively designed and operation is particularly user-friendly.
