Management

Different competences – joint responsibility

As a service company, Ontaris depends on a management team that knows its customers. Open doors in the management are just as characteristic as the detailed insight of the management into each individual project. The optimal interaction between management and employees is crucial. Within the management, the following applies: clear responsibilities – shared responsibility. This is how Ontaris ensures solid economic and strategic corporate development.

His main activities include leading interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative software solutions and ensuring compliance with all relevant security and compliance standards. Another focus of his work is building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners and customers.
