The acronym describes our situation very well: we can no longer draw conclusions from the past to the future, the information on which we base our actions is contradictory and we operate in an environment that we cannot control. The systems themselves and the digital technologies, products and processes linked to them will change not only the economy and the companies, but in the same way also the work of the people and thus the competence requirements. New requirements with regard to the competence and responsibility profile in the “digital world” will also affect managers in particular. Agile methods and agile learning are becoming more and more important.
