The course yesterday was very enlightening. The instructor was a very pleasant speaker who explained well and pointed out new things. The online training format was enjoyable. We were only a small group, which made it very easy. This allowed the instructor to address individual questions and pick up everyone where needed.
I would like to give some very positive feedback on yesterday’s Power Point training. I was really concerned about how such training online would deliver content sustainably over several hours. However, the lecturer managed to explain software in an understandable way. His way of training and lecturing, as well as the absolute practical relevance, kept our attention throughout the day. There were no lengths in the training and above all an IT professional communicated here with us “laymen” at eye level. We have taken a lot with us. Best IT training I’ve ever had.
We have known the Ontaris company for many years. In the first instance, Ontaris trainers regularly conduct IT seminars as part of our internal group training programme, but special offers for groups or individuals from the companies have also been realised.
After this long-term cooperation we are happy to confirm to Ontaris that we have always been very satisfied with the competence of the trainers, the organisation and flexibility. When planning the course, Ms. Tust’s professional, friendly and above all communicative approach enabled us to successfully complete our Excel course. On the day of the course, we were equally enthusiastic about the lecturer, who taught us concentrated knowledge very efficiently in a well-run course and had satisfactory answers to all our questions. Ontaris GmbH & Co KG has been conducting our in-house training courses on various MS Office products for several years now, with much positive feedback from the participants.
Of particular interest to our employees are the module training courses, which teach specifically selected Excel topics in a short period of two hours. Despite the brevity, individual questions can always be considered. In this way, the training courses can be very well integrated into the daily work routine.
I enjoyed the event very much. The amount of material was good for one day. It was easy to follow. I have learned new possibilities of Word that I did not know about before. I liked the fact that my own concrete questions were answered.
