JIRA is software that allows members of a software team to plan, track and release software.
JIRA software developed by Atlassian is also used for task management. In software development, Jira supports requirements management, status tracking and later the bug fixing process.
The JIRA functions for process organization (“workflow management”) can also be used for process management and process improvement.

In the Basic Workshop the participants learn the basic functionalities of JIRA.

For all advanced users and administrators we recommend our training JIRA Expert. Setting up, configuring and maintaining the JIRA software developed by Atlassian is the main focus here.

In this case, the customers provide fully equipped training rooms for the training or we use a meeting room and the participants bring their personal notebook. Our online training courses and webinars have also established themselves. Conducting training online is a very good alternative to face-to-face Office training.
