Floor walking is the ideal complement to all office workouts. Whether Excel, Word, OneNote or PowerPoint. Whether beginners or advanced users, your employees often have individual application questions about the Office programs that relate to your specific work processes.
Therefore we offer you a training day divided into many small individual trainings in addition to the IT trainings for groups that you are familiar with.
We call this “floor walking” or “office coaching”.
The idea:
Floor Walking allows to solve special questions with concrete examples from the work process. Especially when a person has attended IT training, new questions arise during use. The trainer then solves these questions together with the employee at the workplace. This ensures the transfer of knowledge from training to the daily work process.
The trainer comes to your company as usual. In contrast to other group training courses, however, he is available to your employee individually for individual questions. The IT trainer provides expert support in putting theory into practice.
Usually, a 30-minute consultation is sufficient to clarify individual concerns.
The daily routine is that the trainer visits the employees at their workplace – this works very well with short distances, no security area and individual offices. Alternatively, you can make a room available to our trainer and the employees visit the trainer there.
We will be happy to coordinate the exact organisational framework with you.
Floor walking does not replace IT training, it solves individual problems.
